This course covers the law of sales of goods, commercial paper, bank transactions, and secured transactions under the Uniform Commercial Code (which now includes the CCISG for international sale of goods). As time permits, other topics are also covered, such as corporations: formation, capitalization, and control; partnerships; and insurance. Offered every spring. Prerequisite: BUS 380
