Three Credits This course encompasses the recruitment, selection, development, and utilization of any organization's most costly resource: its employees. In addition, organization rewards systems, health and safety, and labor relations will be covered as they affect employees in organizations. The purpose of this course is to introduce the student to the field, and help the student understand the importance of human-resource management in reaching organizational goals.
