Three Credits LA The study of geographic, ethnographic, historic, and other factors pertinent to the development of Latin- and Anglo-American cultures. Consideration will be given to minority and diverse groups; to factors promoting urban and rural communities; and to a study of the historical and geographical development of selected cities. Statistics will be provided frequently in order to substantiate lectures and to encourage discussion. Offered when there is sufficient student interest. (Fulfills Core/LS Social Science requirement.)
