An examination of the creation and implementation of environmental policy. The course examines the political, economic, scientific, and technological dimensions of environmental policy. The course poses these questions: Who makes environmental policy? What levels of government make and implement environmental policy? What are the economic considerations in making environmental policy? What is the role of science and technology?
