Topics covered include stress psychophysiology, the relationship between stress and illness, life situation and perception interventions, time management, and bioecological stressors. Also, the study and implementation of specific relaxation techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing, progressive relaxation, exercise, autogenics, and meditation will be covered.
