4 cr. 7 hr. Introductory course in analytical chemistry designed to supplement the theory and practice in the discipline, begun in General Chemistry I & II. Topic coverage to include: titrimetric, gravimetric, electrochemical, spectrophotometric and chromatographic methods of analysis. Three hours of lecture and four hours of lab per week. Pre-requisites: General Chemistry I and II; completion or co-enrollment in or Organic Chemistry I or II.
