This course provides students with an understanding of the unique characteristics required of the successful small business entrepreneur and the specifics relative to the start-up, financing and management of a small business. Emphasis is on a full spectrum of business functions as applied to small firms, including proprietorships, partnerships, corporations and franchised outlets. Prerequisites: BSAD 3200, 3300.
