Workplace conflict is common in organizations. In order to manage this issue effectively and reduce the loss of productivity and high costs of litigation associated with it, modern organizations are developing specific strategies to identify and manage conflict. This course uses a fictional case study to teach learners how to design and implement an integrated conflict management system in their organizations and how to evaluate its effectiveness.
