This course covers how to develop a strong employee relations program that inspires people to deliver maximum levels of performance, models the company culture, and carries out your corporate strategy. The course uses an interactive case study simulation to address many of these topics Who Should Take This Course HR professionals who have responsibility for employee relations in their organizations, and employees who have recently assumed this function in addition to other duties.
