Managers frequently make employment decisions that have legal implications for their organizations. This course addresses the relevant laws and their application to daily operations and special situations in layperson's terms. The course focuses on avoiding potentially illegal behaviors when interviewing, evaluating, and disciplining employees and on applying strategies for dealing with inappropriate behavior according to company policy and best practices. Who Should Take This Course Shift supervisors, entry-level to mid-level managers, and members of revolving project teams with no direct reports.
