3 Credits English Composition challenges students to be critical readers and writers of texts and culture across the curriculum. Students will practice a variety of rhetorical strategies as they develop responses to reading and class discussion about contemporary topics. Additionally, WR 121 introduces students to the conventions of MLA and APA documentation style and the principles of using the writing of others in support of their own argument.
