3 cr. 3 hr. This intermediate course will focus on Web design and advanced Flash techniques. Students will hone their skills in HTML, image optimization, slicing, page layout, CSAS styles, JavaScript and other Web technologies. Advanced Flash techniques including HTML integration and advanced interactivity with ActionScript will be covered. The course is run as a workshop, featuring software demos, in-class exercises, discussions and rigorous critique of work in-progress. Prerequisites: COMM 3505.
