1 Credit This course is an educationally directed, coordinated and monitored field practicum focusing on the role of the generalist social worker. Senior level students spend 400 clock hours over two or more semesters in a supervised social work setting. The emphasis is on the student's application of the knowledge, skills and values developed in previous social work courses and through life experience. A seminar for practicum students will run concurrently. Practicum to be completed during student's senior year. Pre-requisites: SCW 321, 352, 353, 391
