1 Credit This course provides the high school teacher education student with actual experience in the high school classroom. A minimum of 45 hours is spent in an assigned high school classroom with a mentor teacher. The student observes and participates in all aspects of classroom instruction. The Field Experience student will teach a minimum of three lessons during the term. Prerequisites: State Fingerprinting required EDU 201, EDU 232, EDU 260. Requires completion of an on-line application for placement: http://www.cuportland. edu/coe/placement/ Note: Fee charged; Offered Pass/No Pass only
