You will study the dynamics of internal politics and how goals are accomplished within an organization. You will have the opportunity to be successful working in a team environment. You will investigate models of leadership, interpersonal communication, diversity, and managing change. You will assess your own skills and plan for the future as you apply all of these concepts to the writing of a business plan.
