This course will investigate the field of neuroscience with emphasis on neuroanatomy of the mammalian brain. Also contained within this course will be the study of neurophysiology and neuropharmacology using both vertebrate and invertebrate central and peripheral nervous systems. Offered in the Fall semester. Prerequisite: Junior or Senior standing. BIOL 312 and CHEM 312 or any course in physiology is recommended. Corequisite: BIOL 451L. One semester; three credits
