This Course provides the student with an understanding of, and an appreciation for, the various ethics requirements of the accounting profession. Specific attention is given to the Coed of Ethics of the AICPA, the IMA, and the FEI. Students will also understand the ethics requirements for certification by the State Boards of Accountancy.
