The course covers the creation, modification, and conversion of images into web-usable forms. It will focus on the use of Photoshop software to create, prepare, and edit images. Also covered will be scanning, animations, web effects, and optimization techniques to improve web appearance and performance. If a student is taking or has completed ART 3130, Web Graphics, they should not register for this course, as the material is similar. Prerequisite: CIS 3150 or permission of instructor. Materials charge $20. Spring.
