Designed for the project manager who interacts with all levels of management while satisfying the customers' needs, this course covers planning, scheduling and controlling projects. Emphasis will be placed on issues like leadership, motivation, team-building, and conflict resolution. CPM and PERT will be covered in detail. Real case studies will be used to illustrate theories and concepts covered in the lectures. Prerequisite: BUS 2020. Fall.
