Type and symbol and basic elements of expression in graphic design will be explored through drawing and with the use of computers. The history of type and structure of typographic form and expression will be considered. Projects may include grid systems, logos, identity systems, posters, and advertisements. Prerequisite: ART 2010 or Introductory Computer course. A studio fee may be required. Periodically.
