Course will cover basic sensor types: measurement of force, temperature, pressure, velocity, position etc. Basics of signal processing. This class will also cover the contemporary computer based measurement and technical data analysis techniques. The class will be based on hands-on experience of using LabVIEW as the leading academic and industrial software. Pre-requisites: MA 226, TY 331, TY 361.
