This course is designed to provide guidance on nonprofit budget preparation, procedures, analysis, and control. Students will learn how to produce an integrated plan for all phases of the nonprofit organization's operations including establishing an efficient financial model and planning cycle, developing direct and indirect costs allocation methods, managing cash flow, and integrating the chart of accounts with the budget.
