This course provides the student with clinical experience to gain required skills to perform quality breast imaging mammograms in an accredited facility under guidance and supervision of a qualified radiographer. Clinical Education I emphasizes patient preparation/education, equipment and technical applications, positioning skills, imaging patients with breast implants and quality control procedures. Sixteen hours per week. Prerequisite: RT (ARRT), Malpractice Insurance fee. Corequisites: RADS-403 and RADS-406.
