Study of the correlation between structure and function of the various plant and animal tissues, organ systems, and individual cells within these systems. Theory and practice of histotechnology, standard and specialized techniques in microscopic tissue preparation and study. Two hours of lecture and two 2-hour labs. Prerequisites: BIOL 207, 207L, 208, and 208L. Offered in the Fall semester, odd years.
