This course is designed to educate individuals about their environment and personal habits in order to reduce their risk of injury and illness. The course will provide participants with the ability to recognize emergencies and the knowledge and skills necessary to help sustain life, minimize pain and the consequences of injury or sudden illness until more advanced medical help is available.
