(3). This course will use film to examine ethical theory and human history as they relate to contemporary social issues. Students will critically examine moral issues they are likely to face personally, in the workplace, and as citizens of rapidly changing global and national communities. The course will examine topics such as war and peace, capital punishment, and the international environment in the context of personal and social responsibility.
