Students will develop an understanding of the two basic financial tools (time value of money and risk and return) and apply them in preliminary financial analysis. The course covers financial statement analysis, time value of money, cash flow analysis, risk and return and asset valuation. Not recommended before the second semester of the sophomore year. Prerequisites: BUS 211; MATH 215.
