Emphasizes the use of statistics and data analysis; critical understanding of the meaning of statistical findings for utilization as a nurse in advanced practice; and the use of computer and data processing. Topics include: descriptive statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, parametric and non-parametric statistics, reliability and validity.
