Solution methods for a variety of differential and difference equations are presented. Included are first and higher order differential and difference equations and discrete dynamical systems, and systems of differential and difference equations. The course uses a problem-based approach with emphasis on modeling. Computational technology facilitates exploration of analytical, graphical, and numerical solution methodologies. Prerequisite: MATH 231. (Same course offered as CSAC 335). Offered spring semester of even years.
