Prerequisites: Anthropology major or minor, upper-division status, and departmental approval. Supervised fieldwork in community agencies, organizations, and milieus where students develop and apply practical and anthropological knowledge and skills. Students interact in diverse cultural settings, and experience and establish connections of potential use in the job market. Preparatory conferences, ongoing seminars with the faculty supervisor, a log/journal of the field experience, and a final report.
