Prerequisite: ENG 1000C and ENG 1100C. A survey of the literary trends and significant writers in the development of English literature from the Anglo-Saxon period to the neoclassical period and, in the second semester, from the Age of Wordsworth to the 20th century. Credit: 3 semester hours. The following elective courses are scheduled on a rotating basis to provide students with a variety of choices each semester.
