Prerequisites: PAS 4303, PAS 4304, and all required courses through the fifth year This course deals with the processes involved in development and formulation of pharmaceutical products from their inception to the marketing of dosage forms. Special emphasis is placed on the technology involved in their preparation, bioavailability considerations, and in vitro:in vivo correlation. Lecture, 3 hours. Credit: 3 semester hours.
