An experience-based exploration into the purpose, dynamics and problems encountered in Christian leadership and service to the community; field experiences in actual service programs are the focus and material for case presentations and discussion. Lectures are geared to further illuminating issues that arise in the context of case discussions. Credit: 3 semester hours.
