This course provides the student with the knowledge required to properly store and handle exposed and unexposed radiographic films, recognition of common artifacts and their causes and a detailed study of an automatic film processor. The student will also be introduced to the important concept of quality assurance, which is necessary for the continued production of quality diagnostic radiographic images.
