Prerequisite: PHI 1000C. A general introduction to both the past hstory as well as current concerns of feminist theory. The readings for the course will cover classic feminist texts (Wollstonecraft, Mill, Engels) as well as contemporary Feminist thinkers, covering questions about the experiences of women in the treatment of methodology, metaphysics, theory of knowledge, philosophy of science, and philosophy of mind.
