This course is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in management con- cepts, within the context of a sports environment. Students learn to apply basic management principles to a variety of business situations. Classroom discussions focus on how to develop goals and objectives for a sports business as well as how to improve employee performance. This course may be used as an elective for all programs.
