The contiguous corporation's "organization" has undergone changein recent years with new modes of work made possible with information technologies. Organizing functions within a business as a managerial authority have more relevance today because of computer systems and information technology. This course explores these new modes of organizing and communicating in an increasingly global environment due to information technology's current-day and emerging applications and implications. This is accomplished through guest speakers, podcasts, case studies, in-class collaborations, and speaker-forums.
