At least two-thirds of this course is devoted to the syntheses and characterization of inorganic compounds. For the remainder of the course, the student selects advanced experiments from one or more areas, such as biochemistry, spectroscopy, instrumental methods, polymer chemistry, or inorganic chemistry. Laboratory: 4 hours. Prerequisite: CHEM 202L. Corequisites: CHEM 366L and 441.
