Focuses on key aspects of the modern telecommunications and information sectors, e.g., changing strategies related to infrastructure/equipment; reconfigured role of operators and providers; the role of IT outsourcing and professionalservices firms; the emergence of wireless on a global scale (including the wireless Internet). Also discusses implications of changing technologies and regulation policies.
