Examination of careers from the perspectives of both the individual and the organization, including topics such as career stage models, organizational entry, early career development, mid-career transition, career change and career issues for women. Facilitates the development of greater understanding and insight into one's own career growth and development through the use of career assessment techniques and standardized instruments for self-evaluation.
