A study of the skills, concepts, methods, and materials used for teaching music in the elementary school classroom. Students will participate in and teach developmentally appropriate music lessons and adapt lessons and materials for students with exceptionalities. Special emphasis will be placed upon developing the students' abilities to integrate music with other disciplines in regular classroom instruction. Prerequisite: Provisional admission to the education program. Offered fall.
