Students will learn real-world system analysis skills and techniques within the framework of the systems development life cycle (SDLC). Examples and cases are used to provide actual systems projects that enable students to learn in the context of solving problems, much like the ones they will encounter on the job. Students (assigned to teams) will be required to determine a problem issue and design the various elements necessary to solve it, by drawing on the information and skills they have obtained during their various courses. Topics include: Systems Analysis and Design, Project Skills, Team Orientation, and Object Oriented Programming. Offered spring odd numbered years.
