This course focuses on the introduction and/or mastery of selected NATA Education Council Athletic Training Educational Competencies and Clinical Proficiencies. Emphasis is placed on the principles, procedures and techniques that are commonly utilized in athletic training. The student must complete clinical rotations under the direct supervision of an appropriately licensed health care professional. The clinical rotation will include rotations in any area of athletic training in which the student may wish to practice. Prerequisite/Co-requisite: Admittance to the Athletic Training Education Program, HSE 351. 1
