Areas covered include Knowledgeware Technologies, The Learning Organization, Knowledge Management and Leadership and Organizational Design, introduction to systems approach and systems thinking, Knowledge Management Payoffs, the four underlying pillars of Knowledge Management. The course is delivered through a combination of case studies, lectures and demonstrations.
