QUALITY METHODS FOR INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY (3) This course will review the foundational concepts of quality and systems theory in industry and education. Students will then take an applied approach to assessing and implementing quality of instructional and industrial technology systems. Change management, gap analysis, stakeholder issues, formative and summative evaluation, and feedback cycles are all concepts covered in the course.
