METHODS AND PRACTICUM IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN THE SECONDARY SCHOOL /FIELD (3) Examination of the instructional, managerial, and social task systems that comprise the ecology of the classroom for the effective teaching of physical education at the secondary level. Teaching special populations and students of various cultural backgrounds is emphasized. Field experience requires tutoring. A writing emphasis course. Internship experience requires 25 hours of tutoring for 15 weeks at student teaching site with field-based supervisor.
