CONSTITUTIONAL CRIMINAL PROCEDURE (3) U.S. constitutional law governing what the police and courts can and cannot do in the investigation of crime and the arrest and prosecution of criminals. The development of this body of law through US Supreme Court decisions interpreting and applying the Bill of Rights. Particularly recommended for law enforcement and Prelaw students.
