Credit Hours: 3.00. Students will be expected to participate in the evaluation, treatment, and care of patients, learning from clinical case material, reviewing topics, and reading the surgical literature. Students will gain experience performing orthopedic and neurologic examinations and in localizing lesions. Students will participate in surgery rounds at lease once each day, with every student researching and discussing the theoretical aspects of cases and making a formal case or topic presentation to other students and faculty at least once during the course. Limited to 4th year professional veterinary students completing VCS 81100 and VCS 81200. Total clinic hours 129.
