Concepts covered in this course include basic record keeping, safe handling of drugs and chemicals, inventory control, calculation of amount of drugs to be dispensed or dosed, reading prescriptions, labeling drug containers, compounding, and drug regulatory matters that impact the veterinary hospital pharmacy.
