Credit Hours: 0.50. Builds on the basic course and gives the student additional dentistry knowledge and skills appropriate for the entry-level practitioner. The student also gains a general knowledge of the broad spectrum of treatments available for the dentistry patient. In addition, management of patients with maxillofacial trauma are discussed. Enrollment is limited with small animal track as the first priority and mixed and companion animal tracks as the second priority.
